Misconceptions about God lead to distrust. Distrust leads to deception. Deception leads to disobedience. Disobedience leads to death.

Withhold judgement about what is good. Only God is good. When we fail to see Him as He is, we see our world through a distorted lens.

In so much as we see God as He is, we will see ourselves and everyone else as they are in God’s sight.

Receiving the love of God, loving God, loving self and loving others are all interconnected.

Misconceptions about God, self and others lead to a whole slew of wrong mindsets that will keep a person from becoming all that God created them to be, doing all God created them to do and experiencing the abundant life that Jesus promised to those that follow Him.

Study the Word with an open heart towards God. Ask Him to set you free from any stronghold that the enemy has formed in your mind to keep you from walking in the promises and blessings of God.

God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.
